Educated firstly at Leicester and then Oxford Brookes University, Martin Canaway has spent a number of years working for design-oriented architectural practices including Jestico + Whiles, John McAslan + Partners and Glenn Howells Architects.

Martin has predominantly been responsible for the design and management of high quality commercial and residential schemes as well as urban design projects. Martin co-founded Canaway Fleming Architects in 2004.

Nick Fleming graduated at the Plymouth School of Architecture and gained his diploma at Oxford Brookes University. Following a period of over ten years delivering innovative and presitigious cultural projects with Glenn Howells, Pawson Williams Architects and Terry Pawson, Nick established Canaway Fleming Architects in 2004. Nick has been a key member of design teams for successful competition entries in the UK and abroad, and an architectural tutor at both degree and diploma level.
