ST. JOHNS WOOD, LONDON

The proposals for a new residential development on a brown field site in St. Johns Wood, London, provided the opportunity to reinvigorate a predominantly industrial area by proposing a new high density development linking together St. Johns Wood Road and Lodge Road.

Studies were carried out on mass, scale and density to establish how the built forms of the new buildings can be integrated into the wider urban context positively, providing a new identity and much needed sense of place to this part of the city.
